NEW PROJECT NOTIFICATION THE WONDER WORLD OF POWDER Duration: 4 weeks (04/12 – 29/12)

On the morning of November 17th, Nguyen Hoang Group (NHG) held a ceremony to mark the 35th anniversary of Vietnam Teachers' Day and honor 35 lecturers, teachers and nurses.

These 35 teachers and Nurses are the ones who directly teach the students - they are nominated by the faculty, representing the teaching staff who have strongly inspired the NHG's Humanitarian Philosophy.

SGA is an educational pioneer in early childhood education and focus on project-based method. It is also one of the international pre-school that has the most diverse and varied learning projects, with many close and necessary themes for children from 0 to 6 years of age.

On December 23rd, Saigon Academy International School celebrated its Christmas Event for all students. Nearly 1,000 students at seven campuses of the school system met, communicated and received gifts from Santa Claus. Many remarkable performances were prepared carefully by SGA teachers and students to celebrate Christmas and New Years Eve.

Last Saturday morning (December 17th), Saigon Academy International School organized the “Winter Sports Day” Program with many interesting activities for all preschoolers in and out of the system. The children have had unforgettable experiences in the chilly atmosphere of the upcoming Christmas.

On the morning of 9th December, more than 400 children in Kindy 4 and 5 from the Saigon Academy International School (SGA) attended Hoa Lu Stadium, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, to join the “SGA Sports Day”.

It can be described as such when witnessing the fun activities of more than 400 children on the morning of 9th December at Hoa Lu Stadium, Ho Chi Minh City.

Physical Educating and Sense Developing Curriculum play is an important role in Early Childhood Educational Program. The Curriculum helps children develop their fundamental skills such as body controlling, motor skills, balance and awareness of their movement in spatial areas. By playing Physical Education games, students learn how to be safe mobilizing and improve teamwork skills.

In the morning of 18th November, 2016, Saigon Academy International School jubilantly celebrated the Vietnamese Teachers Day at all campuses. The ceremony was performed ebulliently with many exciting activities that were thoughtfully prepared during the previous week.

Students had an exciting time to discover and experience the project “Milk - Diary foods”, and it ended with the joy and nostalgia of the children learning the origin of milk. Not only understanding the benefits of milk, students also had the chance to make yogurt by themselves which brought them new knowledge about the fermentation of milk through the process.
