Therefore to ensure higher standards, before joining the SGA team, all foreign and Vietnamese teachers must undergo rigorous recruitment regulations and procedures.
All Vietnamese teachers hold a full-time Bachelor of Early Childhood Education from Universities or Colleges of Education. We also require that they have several years of experience working at international or respected kindergartens.
Our ESL (English as a Second Language) teachers are native speakers from either the US, UK or Australia. They have all graduated from university and have extensive experience teaching kindergarteners at reputable schools and educational organizations worldwide.
SGA child care assistants have at least vocational certificates, and 50% of them are attending early childhood education colleges.
100% of the teachers, staff and child care assistants have good health records that are certified by professional doctors and have obtained a certificate in food safety, hygiene and first aid.
Our team of highly qualified, dynamic, creative and dedicated Vietnamese and foreign teachers have been trained for many new early childhood learning methodologies.
