Dear noblest parents!

The diffident days of the new school year have passed by. With the project of “Simple Machine”, students had a great opportunity to observe and experience the pulley, screw, wheel and many other items. The teachers answered all of the questions of the students (How can cars run? How possibly can people carry heavy things to higher places?,…) throughout the experience lesson. Besides, students also enjoyed the joyful Mid-Autumn Festival by creating many amazingly beautiful lanterns and having fun together with their friends. Furthermore, with the “Hands of Art” project, both the teachers and the students kindly shared their love with other children of underprivileged backgrounds by giving them meaningful gifts and enjoying the fun moment with them.

Saigon Academy International School will execute the new project ‘Milk and Dairy Products’. Students will have 6 weeks (03/10/2016 – 11/11/2016) to participate in and find out the source of milk, the benefits and nutrition of it for humans as well as the taste of milk after it ferments. During their study, they also have many great activities to discover the transformation of the milk’s color, the attractiveness of the food-beverages made from milk when partaking in this project.

The most crucial meaning of this project is: enrich your knowledge about the source of milk and its finished products.
